In this pivotal role, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing all maintenance activities across our manufacturing facilities. As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Monitor and track maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance operations.
• Work with engineering and production teams to address maintenance needs and implement improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent equipment failures.
• Manage maintenance inventory and ensure availability of spare parts.
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of maintenance personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
