📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and fulfillment processes, including inventory control, order picking, and packing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and fulfillment best practices.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
