📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee engagement.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee skills, well-being, and career development.
• Partner with department heads to create a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support employee growth.
• Measure and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in shaping people and culture in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Certifications in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
