📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of Rephil's company-owned vehicle fleet.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles through regular inspections and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers and associates to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.
• Manage fuel and lubricant inventories, and ensure timely refueling and servicing.
• Track and manage vehicle usage data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicle transactions and inspections.
• Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to associates and stakeholders regarding vehicle-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
