📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement franchise expansion strategies to grow the F&B network across Bali.
• Manage and mentor franchise partners, providing guidance on operational best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of existing outlets, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote franchise opportunities and attract new partners.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and company policies.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, operations management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
