📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial close.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare accurate tax returns.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
• Support the budgeting process by preparing and analyzing budget forecasts and variances.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
