As a Material Planner, you will be at the core of our supply chain operations, working closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize material planning and inventory management. You will leverage tools like SAP MM and other industry-standard software to forecast demand, plan purchases, and manage inventory levels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate material plans and forecasts using SAP MM and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all material transactions and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material planning or a similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficient in using SAP MM and other relevant supply chain software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the electrical and electronics industry is a plus.
