📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration using our HRIS system.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Handle office logistics, including store maintenance and procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support our company’s growth and culture.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in a retail or service industry.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with pet retail industry is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
