📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium tea beverages, including signature drinks like Classic Milk Tea and Winter Melon Green Tea.
• Operate and maintain Dual Blender and Tea Dispenser machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Stay updated on new menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in beverage preparation.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with Dual Blender and Tea Dispenser machines is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is required.
• Enthusiasm for tea and a passion for creating delicious beverages.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and processes.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
