📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Branch Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the company, including production processes and logistics.
• Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other necessary inputs.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the agricultural or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as AgriSoft or similar systems.
