As a Store Admin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of coffee and other products.,Manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Perform regular store maintenance and cleaning.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Support the store manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Knowledge of coffee and related products is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
