In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing a team of nurses, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Manage a team of nurses, delegating tasks, and ensuring high standards of care.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).,Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
