📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we bring in the best talent for our team.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and career growth.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Collaborate with management to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with the last 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
