📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
