We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our Public Health Strategy & Community Engagement team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing public health strategies that promote wellness and community engagement. You will work closely with community leaders, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to ensure our initiatives are effective and impactful.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement public health strategies and programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.,Conduct community needs assessments and engage with local stakeholders to identify key health issues and opportunities.,Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to enhance community health outcomes.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of public health initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Foster strong relationships with community leaders and organizations to build trust and ensure active participation in health programs.,Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and workshops to promote public health awareness and engagement.,Stay updated with the latest public health trends, policies, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.,Lead and mentor a team of community engagement officers to ensure the successful execution of public health projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health strategy, community engagement, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful public health programs and initiatives.,Strong understanding of community health needs and the ability to assess and address these needs effectively.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to monitor and evaluate public health programs.,Familiarity with Indonesian public health policies, regulations, and guidelines.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
