📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.,Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.,Analyze social media performance and provide reports to the management team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.,Participate in social media campaigns and events to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in social media management or a related field.,Proven experience in creating and managing social media content.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media.
