Toko Sari Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our clinic in Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental management and a passion for providing excellent patient care. This is a remote position, but you will be required to visit the clinic regularly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.,Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and standards.,Monitor and manage clinic finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Organize and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using dental management software.,Knowledge of local dental regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
