📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
