Puskesmas Joko Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the cafe and coffee shop.,Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked inventory.,Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a pleasant environment for customers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
