📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
