📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes,Facilitate employee training and development programs,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll,Maintain a positive and productive work environment,Support the HR Manager in other HR-related tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
