RADIUS Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you are passionate about creating a positive work environment and have a proven track record in HR, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.,Support the company's growth by identifying and implementing training programs.,Assist in the development of HR strategies to support business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
