📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement creative and innovative menu concepts that reflect the company's vision and values.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the culinary industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to manage a budget and control costs effectively.
