📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent service quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage services, including menu planning and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
