📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Ensure that all departmental activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings, conferences, and events as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and technologies as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
