📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements and equipment setup.
  • Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages during events.
  • Ensure the banquet area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure all events meet high standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management for banquet supplies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
