JUNCTION Abadi is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Dili. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for customers.,Assist in training and developing store staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Assist in merchandising and display activities to attract customers and increase sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
